Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, or healthcare administration.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, writing, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a group and mentor junior associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and monitor project status within budgets and timelines.
• Manage team productivity and delegate tasks to analysts/consultants.
• Prepare comprehensive work plans, presentations and reports for clients.
• Oversee development of deliverables by junior associates, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Act as a key client liaison and anticipate client needs.
• Serve as SME for junior staff and guide research, data collection and analytics.
• Develop tools, templates and processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead and participate in client delivery team meetings.
