Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and total compensation design for healthcare and not-for-profit clients. The role emphasizes rigorous data analysis and client-focused delivery in a remote/hybrid setting.

You will gather and analyze compensation data, develop reporting and proposals, and support project teams with finance-style modeling, peer surveys, and accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required), emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to identify and organize data, recognize patterns and issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards with guidance.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation level and job title/reporting level for positions.
• Market pricing, assist in peer group selection, survey analyses, interpret compensation data, financial modeling and special projects.
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, analysis and results; proof for accuracy.
• Support the project team in developing solutions addressing client issues including program design and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
