• Conduct research to understand industry and client issues with guidance.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine compensation levels and titles.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, modeling and interpretation of data.
• Assist with report writing and proofreading for project objectives and results.
• Support development of client solutions including program design and financial impact.
• Respond to client-related requests as appropriate.
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to understand initiatives.
