SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct analyses and benchmarking for health care and nonprofit clients. The role emphasizes delivering responsive, high-quality client experiences with a focus on data-driven compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, priority-changing environment.
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research industry and client issues with guidance.
• Gather and analyze data to determine compensation levels and job title/reporting levels.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpret compensation data, financial modeling and special research projects.
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies and results.
• Support the project team in developing solutions addressing client issues including program design and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
