Responsibilities include data gathering, market pricing, survey analyses and collaborative proposal development, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues with guidance.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine compensation levels and job reporting.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, financial modeling and data interpretation with guidance.
• Assist with writing reports and proposals describing objectives, methodologies and results.
• Support development of client solutions including program design and financial impact.
