Care Access is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join the People team in a remote US role. You will help develop, implement, and administer global compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and equitable, aligning with business objectives.

You will support annual merit and bonus processes, use market data for recommendations, and participate in market benchmarking. This is a highly impactful role with growth opportunities in a global health research environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support annual merit, promotion, and bonus planning processes.
• Provide compensation recommendations using market data for new roles and internal moves.
• Conduct market benchmarking and participate in salary surveys.
• Collaborate with leaders on short-term incentive plan administration.
• Assist with job description creation ensuring regulatory compliance (FLSA).
• Advise external partners on compensation initiatives.
• Provide reporting and analytics support to HR teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
