Qualifications

• Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical market prospecting and proven client relationship skills, with ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior business and control partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
