Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking to be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships. You will work both independently and with partners to present our comprehensive solutions to clients, growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space.

Emerging Middle Market bankers focus on companies with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills with ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.
• Deep local market knowledge and connections.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of innovation and customer-centric mindset.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovations or strategic partnerships.
• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies.
• Develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing revenue generating sales opportunities, cultivate referral sources, and institutionalize relationships and calling.
