Job summary

Ramboll is pursuing a Pursuit Coordinator to support the Strategic Pursuits team across global offices. You will research, organize and refine content for bids, tenders and proposals, coordinating with Pursuit Consultants, senior stakeholders and technical teams throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong writing, editing and proofreading, plus collaboration in a remote, internationally distributed environment. Flexible and hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid, proposal, tender processes and familiarity with best‑practice processes.
• Good proposal writing, editing, formatting and proofreading skills.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to source business, client, competitor and stakeholder information.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple information requests, deadlines and review cycles.
• As this is a global role, you will be comfortable working remotely with teams based internationally.
• Confidence with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to learn new processes and contribute ideas; APMP cert desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and coordinate content for pre‑tender materials, tender responses, interview materials and post‑pursuit activities.
• Create first drafts and source materials for briefing decks, credentials, CVs and project references.
• Collaborate with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams to produce well‑formatted materials.
• Set up and manage pursuit collaboration spaces (Teams/SharePoint) and maintain organized content.
• Coordinate clarification questions, responses and review cycles.
• Proofread documents and help maintain consistency, accuracy and compliance.
• Support coordination of meetings, scheduling, submission, and post‑submission close‑out.
• Assist strategy sessions by capturing notes and generating research for compelling content.
