Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a proposal specialist to support pursuit efforts across the Americas. You will join a cross‑functional team to craft bid responses and client submissions, ensuring clarity, compliance, and persuasive storytelling.

Your responsibilities include drafting, editing, and formatting materials, sourcing briefing deck content, and setting up collaboration spaces in Teams or SharePoint to keep work aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid, proposal, or tender processes.
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and remote collaboration.
