Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Pursuit Coordinator to join the Sales and Tender team. This remote role supports bid and tender processes, coordinating content from clients, competitors, and stakeholders across international teams.

You will draft, organize, and refine proposals, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the pursuit lifecycle. You will work with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams, set up collaboration spaces, manage review cycles, and help translate ideas into compelling response

Qualifications

• Experience in bid, proposal, tender processes
• Strong writing, editing, formatting and proofreading skills
• Strong research to source business, client, competitor and stakeholder information
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Comfort with remote work and international teams
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn new processes and provide input
• Strong communication and ability to challenge unclear instructions
• AI systems experience desirable
• APMP foundation certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, coordinate content for pre-tender materials and tender responses
• Create drafts and source materials for briefing decks, submissions, credentials, CVs, references
• Collaborate with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams to produce polished materials
• Set up and manage pursuit collaboration spaces (Teams/SharePoint) and maintain organized content
• Coordinate clarification questions, responses and review cycles
• Proofread documents and maintain consistency and compliance
• Manage pursuit coordination including meetings and submission
• Support strategy sessions by capturing notes and generating research
