Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Pursuit Coordinator to support proposal content across the full bid lifecycle, from early client insight to submission and interviews. You will work with Pursuit Consultants and cross-disciplinary technical teams, coordinating content, drafting materials, and ensuring quality, consistency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid, proposal and tender processes.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent research abilities for client and competitor intel.
• Organizational and communication skills; meet deadlines.
• Comfort working remotely with international teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build strong cross-team relationships.
• Willingness to learn new processes.
• AI systems experience desirable.
• InDesign skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and coordinate content for pre-tender materials and tender responses.
• Create drafts and source material for briefing decks, credentials, CVs and references.
• Collaborate with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams to produce polished materials.
• Set up and manage pursuit spaces (Teams/SharePoint) and maintain organized content.
• Coordinate clarification questions, responses and review cycles.
• Proofread documents and ensure consistency and compliance.
• Manage pursuit coordination including meetings, reviews, submissions and close-out.
• Support strategy sessions by capturing notes and generating research for proposals.
