Job summary

Ramboll, a global architecture, engineering and consultancy leader, seeks a Pursuit Coordinator to support bid development across the full pursuit lifecycle. You’ll work with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams to craft compelling responses, manage content, and coordinate submissions in a collaborative, international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid, proposal, tender processes.
• Strong editing, formatting and proofreading skills.
• Strong research skills to source business, client and stakeholder information.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities; manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfort working remotely with international teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to evolving processes, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with Pursuit Consultants across all phases to develop content for pre-tender materials and tender responses.
• Create drafts and source materials for briefing decks, credentials, CVs and references.
• Collaborate with technical teams to produce well-formatted, compelling materials.
• Set up and manage pursuit spaces (Teams/SharePoint) and keep content organized.
• Coordinate clarification questions, responses and review cycles.
• Proofread documents to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Support pursuit coordination, including meeting arrangements, submission coordination, and document close-out.
• Capture notes and generate research to help translate ideas into strong content.
