Ramboll is seeking a Pursuit Coordinator to join our Sales and Tender team. Based remotely near a U.S. or European office, you will support bid development, organize content for tenders, and collaborate with pursuit consultants and technical teams across the full pursuit lifecycle.

The role emphasizes research, writing, coordination, and document management, with opportunities to grow within a new process and a globally connected team.

Formación

• Experience with bid and tender processes.
• Strong proposal writing, editing and proofreading.
• Research capabilities for client, competitor, and stakeholder data.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build relationships across technical and support teams.
• Willingness to learn new processes and contribute to process evolution.
• Experience with AI systems is desirable.
• In-Design skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Research, develop and coordinate content for pre-tender materials and bid responses.
• Create drafts and source materials for decks, credentials, CVs and references.
• Collaborate with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams to format compelling materials.
• Manage pursuit spaces (Teams/SharePoint) and maintain organized content.
• Coordinate clarification responses and review cycles.
• Proofread and ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance.
• Support pursuit coordination tasks and submission processes.
• Capture notes and generate research to support technical ideas in responses.
