Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Pursuit Coordinator to support the Strategic Pursuits team in building win-ready materials for bids, tenders and proposals. The role involves coordinating content, researching client and market data, and preparing materials across the full pursuit lifecycle.

You will work with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams, organizing content in Teams/SharePoint and ensuring consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid, proposal, tender processes and best-practice workflows.
• Strong writing, editing, formatting and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent research skills for business, client and competitor intel.
• Able to manage multiple requests, deadlines and review cycles.
• Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools for collaboration (Teams/SharePoint/Word/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn new processes and use AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with Pursuit Consultants across all pursuit phases to develop content for pre-tender materials and tender responses.
• Create drafts and source materials for briefing decks, credentials, CVs, and project references.
• Collaborate with technical teams to produce well-formatted, compelling materials.
• Set up and maintain pursuit collaboration spaces (Teams/SharePoint) with organized content.
• Coordinate clarification questions, responses, and review cycles.
• Proofread documents and maintain consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage pursuit coordination tasks like meeting logistics, submissions, and close-out.
