Ramboll is seeking a Pursuit Coordinator for its Strategic Pursuits team to help build, organise and refine content for bids, tenders and proposals across the full pursuit lifecycle. You will coordinate with Pursuit Consultants, technical teams and senior stakeholders from a global, hybrid workplace.

The role emphasizes strong writing, research and coordination skills, with flexible, hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• Experience in bid, proposal and tender processes.
• Strong proposal writing, editing, formatting and proofreading skills.
• Excellent research abilities to source business, client and stakeholder information.
• Strong organisational and communication skills managing multiple requests and deadlines.
• Global role with comfort working remotely with international teams.
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in AI-assisted content and willingness to learn new processes.

Responsabilidades

• Research, develop and coordinate content for pre-tender materials and proposals.
• Create first drafts and source materials for briefing decks, credentials and references.
• Collaborate with Pursuit Consultants and technical teams to produce polished materials.
• Set up and manage pursuit spaces (Teams/SharePoint) and keep content organised.
• Coordinate clarification questions, responses and review cycles.
• Proofread and ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance of documents.
• Coordinate pursuit logistics including reviews and submission timelines.
