Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned proposal leader to drive RFQ/RFP responses across all divisions. You will co-manage with the Proposal Manager the schedules, document development, and ensure adherence to our quality standards under minimal supervision.

You will create templates, coordinate kickoff meetings, assign content, develop compliance checklists, and oversee desktop publishing, submittal logistics, and cross‑department collaboration with Finance, Legal, BD, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in architectural, engineering, or construction firms preferred.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with remote teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses to support all divisions and offices.
• Coordinate schedules, document development, and ensure quality standards.
• Create response templates and manage drafts through final review.
• Schedule kickoff and status meetings with writers and contributors.
• Develop compliance checklists and assign content responsibilities.
• Perform desktop publishing tasks and prepare submitted responses.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other departments on rate sheets and templates.
