Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a seasoned proposals lead to drive RFQ/RFP responses across all divisions. You will co-manage schedules, document development, and ensure submissions meet quality standards with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating with writers, creating templates, conducting reviews, desktop publishing, and coordinating submittals to clients. Requires 7+ years in marketing or proposal work and strong MS Office and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
• Knowledge of APMP, Shipley, Lohfeld is preferred.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses for the company across all divisions.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules and document development.
• Coordinate with lead writers, BD lead, and operations; assign tasks.
• Develop templates and maintain drafts through final review.
• Perform desktop publishing and prepare client-ready documents.
• Coordinate submittal/delivery of response packages to clients.
• Monitor and report on current opportunities and deadlines.
