Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned proposal professional to lead RFQ/RFP responses across divisions, co-manage schedules with the Proposal Manager, and ensure submissions meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in marketing or proposals, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools; APMP/Shipley knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in proposal development and bid processes.
• Knowledge of marketing, business development, and/or proposal fields.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with APMP or Shipley standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and manage proposal schedules with the Proposal Manager.
• Develop content templates and coordinate tasks with operations and BD.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal on rate sheets and contracts.
• Perform desktop publishing and review of documents.
• Coordinate submittal and delivery of proposals.
• Maintain firm-wide content library including project data and resumes.
• Support weekly Capture Management and Opportunity reports.
• Monitor Qualifications and Proposals Inbox and organize files.
