Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced proposal leader to drive RFQ/RFP responses across all offices. You will co-manage schedules, coordinate writers, and ensure compliance with the firm’s quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in marketing or proposal work, excellent writing and editing skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools. You must be able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and proposal development.
• Experience editing/proofreading content written by technical professionals is preferred.
• APMP, Shipley, Lohfeld knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate schedules.
• Create templates and manage drafts through final reviews.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, BD, and Ops and assign tasks.
• Attend kickoff and review meetings and manage progress.
• Prepare submittals and ensure timely, compliant responses.
