Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a senior Proposal Specialist to lead RFQ/RFP responses and drive strategic, timely, and compliant submissions. You will coordinate with writers, SMEs, and operations to deliver high-quality proposals.

You will manage schedules, develop templates, and ensure the content aligns with client requirements, quality standards, and firm capabilities across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/PR/Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Knowledge of APMP, Shipley, Lohfeld, or industry standards preferred.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and manage proposal activity schedules across divisions.
• Coordinate with Proposal Manager on timelines, tasks, and reviews.
• Create and maintain response templates and content from SMEs and internal sources.
• Perform desktop publishing, formatting, proofreading, and visual presentation tasks.
• Coordinate submittal/delivery of responses, including third-party uploads and printing.
• Interact with Finance, Legal, and Marketing to finalize rate sheets and data.
