Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead RFQ/RFP responses across divisions and offices. You will co-manage schedules, develop and maintain templates, coordinate with writers, and ensure timely, compliant submissions with strong attention to detail.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing or proposal work, exceptional organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of marketing, business development and/or proposal fields.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and support proposal schedules.
• Coordinate with lead writers and operations to assign responsibilities.
• Create and maintain response templates; manage drafts through review.
• Perform desktop publishing, formatting, proofreading, and visual design for readability.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal on rate sheets and contracts; ensure compliance.
• Schedule progress meetings and manage content from SMEs and internal sources.
• Support weekly Capture Management and Opportunity reports with current data.
• Maintain firmwide content library and Resumé updates for teammates.
