Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking a senior proposal leader to drive RFQ/RFP responses across the organization, co-managing schedules and ensuring compliance with the firm’s quality standards.

You will lead template creation, content development with internal SMEs, and coordination of review meetings while maintaining deadlines and accuracy. Strong writing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication (or related field) required.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge/experience in marketing, business development, or proposal fields.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and command of English grammar and spelling.
• Ability to work with remote teammates and lead with persuasive, adaptable leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses for the group and coordinate with divisions to meet quality standards.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules with the Proposal Manager; organize documents and workflows.
• Create response templates and manage drafts through final review; assign tasks.
• Schedule kickoff, status, and review meetings; monitor progress and deadlines.
• Prepare checklists or matrices to track content and accountability.
• Upload content from internal sources and develop material from SME discussions.
• Perform desktop publishing, formatting, proofreading, and visual design for readability.
• Coordinate submission logistics; print, bind, and ship documents as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other groups on rate sheets, contracts, and data.
