Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a senior Proposal Manager to lead RFQ/RFP responses and manage the end-to-end proposal process. You will coordinate with BD, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely, compliant submissions while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in marketing or proposals within a professional engineering environment, strong writing skills, and experience editing technical content.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing/PR/communications or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience editing/proofreading content for technical/professional audiences is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate schedules with Proposal Manager and BD leads.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and content; manage working drafts to final review.
• Coordinate with Legal/Contracts, Finance, and Marketing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Schedule kickoff, status, and review meetings; assign tasks and track progress.
• Publish content from SMEs; support desktop publishing and final submittal preparation.
• Maintain firm-wide content library with previous project information and capabilities.
