Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic RFQ/RFP responses across divisions. You will co-manage schedules, coordinate content development, and ensure proposals meet firm quality standards.

The role involves creating templates, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining response quality with SME input. You will also support desktop publishing, content uploads, and collaboration with Legal/Contract teams to meet deadlines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or related field is required.
• No certification required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQ/RFP for multiple divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules and document development.
• Create response templates and own drafts through final review.
• Schedule kickoff, status, and review meetings with writers and contributors.
• Develop compliance checklists and track content in documents.
• Upload and edit content from internal sources; draft content from SMEs.
