Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks an experienced Proposal Manager to lead RFQ and RFP responses across all divisions. You will co-manage schedules, develop documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards, working with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in marketing or proposals, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to craft strategic client proposals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/PR/Communications (or related field).
• Experience: 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: strong planning, time management and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office and collaboration tools; effective written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses for all divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules and document development with minimal supervision.
• Create response templates and manage drafts through final review.
• Coordinate with SMEs to draft content and apply strategic insights.
• Perform desktop publishing and visual layout for readability.
• Coordinate submittal, printing, and delivery of proposals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and BD on rate sheets and templates.
