Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead RFQ/RFP responses across multiple divisions and offices. You will co-manage schedules, document development, and ensure all proposals meet company quality standards with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience, a BA/related degree, and strong MS Office and collaboration tool skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or related field.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics).
• Ability to write, edit, and polish proposal content with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses across divisions and offices.
• Manage proposal schedules, document development, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop content templates and coordinate with SMEs for section content.
• Perform desktop publishing tasks for readability and presentation.
• Coordinate submittal/delivery of proposals and maintain content libraries.
