Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs, coordinating across divisions and offices with minimal supervision. You will manage proposal schedules, develop templates, and ensure compliance and quality in client submissions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience and strong skills in planning, communication, and document design using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or related field.
• Strong planning and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics, Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQ/RFPs for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules with the Proposal Manager.
• Create response templates and manage working drafts through final review.
• Schedule kickoff, status, and review meetings with contributors and operations.
• Develop compliance checklists and matrices to track content and accountability.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Marketing for rate sheets, contracts, and data.
