Strong writing and publishing skills, plus proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools, are essential. The role requires 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment, with an emphasis on quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/PR/Communications required.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in proposal development and coordination.
• Strong MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs for the company across divisions.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules with the Proposal Manager.
• Develop response templates and manage drafts through final review.
• Coordinate with Legal/Contracts and Finance for compliance and rate sheets.
• Publish, edit, and format response documents; print and ship as needed.
• Maintain content libraries and support marketing/presentation needs.
