Hargrove Engineers & Constructors seeks a seasoned Proposal/Marketing professional to lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate across divisions. You will manage schedules, templates, and content creation, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions for client opportunities.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing or proposal work within a professional environment and strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools. A BA in Marketing/PR/Communications is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate proposal activity schedules.
• Develop content and templates; ensure compliance and timely submission.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, BD, and Operations for approvals and deadlines.
• Schedule kickoff and review meetings; manage tasks and responsibilities across teams.
• Prepare and edit content, perform desktop publishing, and ensure readability.
