Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs across the organization. You will co-manage proposal schedules, coordinate with lead writers and SMEs, and ensure timely, compliant submissions that meet quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing or proposals, strong planning skills, and proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field.
• 7+ years marketing or proposal experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal activity schedules with the Proposal Manager; ensure timely, compliant submissions.
• Create and maintain response templates; coordinate with SMEs and internal teams; develop content and visuals.
• Schedule progress meetings and develop checklists to track content development and accountability.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Marketing on rate sheets, templates, and legal reviews; facilitate submittal processes.
• Support group maintenance of content libraries and Teammate resumes; assist with desktop publishing and presentation formatting.
