Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic responses to RFQs and RFPs across all divisions and offices. You will co-manage proposal activity schedules, document development, and ensure timely, compliant submissions that meet Hargrove's quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing or proposals, a BA in Marketing/PR/Communication, and strong skills in planning, writing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication (or related field) required.
• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic responses to RFQ/RFPs for the company across divisions and offices.
• Co-manage proposal schedules, document development, and coordination to meet quality standards.
• Create and own response templates; review RFI/RFP with operations and BD and assign tasks.
• Schedule progress meetings and develop compliance checklists to track content.
• Coordinate withFinance, Legal, and other groups for rate sheets, legal reviews, and data.
