Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You will drive execution, coordinate non-reporting teams, and deliver executive updates that move initiatives forward.

You will analyze workflows, quantify current state costs, and design consolidated or automated replacements, ensuring a named owner and measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting or corporate strategy, client-facing with multi-stakeholder delivery.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Finance, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end state and owners.
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: push programs to completion across multiple departments.
• Diagnose & redesign workflows: map and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Deliver the analysis: use Lob's data stack and AI tools to support decisions.
• Hand off what you build: document and transfer ownership with measurable metrics.
• Communicate to Leadership: prepare reviews and present recommendations.
• Cover gaps: back-up FP&A, Deal Desk, and analytics as needed.
