Job summary

Lob is looking for a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You will turn ambiguous problems into documented processes with owners and measurable outcomes.

You’ll analyze workflows, drive programs to completion, and deliver leadership-ready reviews with clear reasoning and recommendations. A bachelor’s degree and 4–7+ years in related roles are required.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Execution: Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end state, status, and owners.
• Drive Outcomes Across Teams: Push programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and Go-to-Market.
• Diagnose & redesign workflows: quantify current state cost and design consolidated or automated replacements.
• Deliver the Analysis: produce analysis using Lob's data and AI tooling.
• Hand Off What You Build: document programs and transition to permanent owners with lasting metrics.
• Communicate to Leadership: prepare and deliver program reviews and status updates with recommendations.
