Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs across Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, our Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market. You will run three to five concurrent programs with defined end states, owners, and target completion dates.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder programs with cross-functional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, our Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market.
• Run 3–5 concurrent programs with defined end states, owners, and completion dates.
• Drive outcomes across teams and provide executive status updates.
• Document each program on completion and hand off to a permanent owner.
• Prepare leadership reviews and articulate recommendations and rationale.
