Job summary

Lob is hiring a Business Operations Manager to own and coordinate cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will drive execution from ambiguous problems to documented processes with clear owners and timelines.

You will analyze workflows, quantify costs, and design consolidated or automated replacements while delivering the necessary leadership updates and strategic recommendations. A strong track record in multi-stakeholder delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or other operationally intensive businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Operations, Solutions, and GTM.
• Diagnose and redesign workflows, quantify current state costs, and implement automation or consolidation.
• Deliver analysis behind program decisions using Lob's data and reporting stack and AI tools.
• Document programs upon completion and hand off to a permanent owner with measurable metrics.
• Prepare and deliver program reviews to the leadership team with recommendations and rationale.
• Provide backup analytics support for FP&A, Deal Desk, and company-wide cadences like QBRs and offsites.
