Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will move ambiguous problems to documented processes with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

Bring 4–7+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record of delivering multi-team initiatives with practical business impact. You’ll work with a remote-friendly setup across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional, client-facing programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive programs across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM.
• Diagnose and redesign workflows; quantify current state costs and implement improvements.
• Produce analysis using Lob's data/reporting stack and AI tooling.
• Document programs and hand off to permanent owners with measurable metrics.
• Communicate program reviews and recommendations to leadership.
• Provide backup for FP&A, Deal Desk, and business operations analytics.
