Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, our Print & Delivery Network, and Go-to-Market. You’ll coordinate across teams, deliver executive communications, and drive programs to defined end states with clear owners and dates.

You’ll turn ambiguous problems into documented, measurably accountable processes, using Lob's data/reporting stack and AI tooling.

Qualifications

4-7+ years post-undergraduate in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
Bachelor's degree required.
Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics preferred.
Strong communication and cross-functional delivery are essential.

Responsibilities

Own Program Execution: Run three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
Drive Outcomes Across Teams: Push programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM.
Diagnose & Redesign Workflows: Identify workflows, quantify current state costs, design replacements.
Deliver the Analysis: Produce analysis using Lob's data/reporting stack and AI tooling.
Hand Off What You Build: Document programs and transition to permanent owners with measurable metrics.
Communicate to Leadership: Prepare and deliver program reviews and recommendations.
Cover the Gaps: Provide FP&A/Deal Desk support and assist with company cadences.
