Lob is hiring a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM. You will drive initiatives from ambiguity to documented processes with named owners and deadlines.

The role requires 4-7+ years in management consulting or business operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of measurable cross-functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or other operationally intensive business preferred
• Familiarity with BI/data warehouse tooling; SQL helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners
• Drive program outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and Go-to-Market
• Diagnose and redesign workflows, quantify current costs, and implement consolidated or automated replacements
• Deliver analysis using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling
• Document programs at completion and hand off to a permanent owner with measurable metrics
• Prepare and deliver program reviews and status updates for leadership with recommendations
