Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to coordinate cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Go-to-Market. You will own ambiguous problems, drive them to documented, measurable outcomes, and present updates to leadership.

You will analyze workflows, quantify costs, and design automated or consolidated replacements while ensuring a named owner remains accountable post-handoff. A Bachelor's degree and 4–7+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own 3-5 concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states and owners.
• Drive programs across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and GTM to completion.
• Diagnose workflows, quantify current state costs, and design improved processes.
• Deliver analysis using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling.
• Document programs and hand off to a permanent owner with measurable outcomes.
• Prepare and present program reviews and leadership updates with clear rationale.
