Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross‑functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, our Print & Delivery Network, and Go‑to‑Market. You will turn ambiguous problems into documented, measurable processes with named owners and clear completion dates.

In this role you will coordinate with teams that don’t report to you, deliver analyses from Lob’s data and AI tooling, and hand off completed programs to permanent owners with lasting metrics.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience delivering cross‑functional programs with executive reviews.
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cross‑functional program execution with defined end states and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security and GTM.
• Diagnose workflows, quantify current costs, and design improvements.
• Deliver analyses using Lob’s data and AI tooling.
• Document programs and hand off to permanent owners with durable metrics.
• Prepare leadership reviews and recommendations.
• Cover gaps for FP&A, Deal Desk, and analytics as needed.
