Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or related field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear recommendations.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing scalable, standardized processes to improve efficiency and end-user experience.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Experience leading change across cross-functional teams from framing to adoption.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; owner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize business problems; break down opportunities into clear statements and hypotheses.
• Decipher stakeholder feedback and translate into actionable business requirements.
• Design scalable processes and operating models to improve seller productivity and advertiser experience.
• Develop governance frameworks; define guardrails and monitor adherence.
• Create recommendations, tradeoffs, and action plans; produce executive-ready materials.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Revenue Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal.
• Lead implementation and change management, including rollout planning and adoption.
• Define success metrics, track results, and refine processes over time.
