• Experience leading cross-functional change initiatives.
• Balance high-level thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership by managing large OPEX planning cycles and complex roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end processes across pipeline, forecasting, campaign planning, credit checks, and invoicing.
• Engage CRO, COO and cross-functional leaders to gather buy-in and drive execution.
• Break down opportunities into clear problem statements and actionable plans.
• Lead rollout planning, stakeholder communication, and adoption with change management.
