Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, business process transformation, business operations, consulting, or related field.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving, with ability to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Experience designing and implementing standardized, scalable processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management, with track record of cross-functional alignment.
• Experience leading change across cross-functional teams from framing to adoption.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; owner mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize business problems; break down opportunities into clear problem statements and hypotheses.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable business requirements.
• Design scalable processes and operating models to improve seller productivity and advertiser experience.
• Develop governance frameworks; define guardrails and monitor adherence and effectiveness.
• Create decision-ready materials; provide high-quality presentations and documents for executive discussions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Revenue Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Own work from idea to execution, including rollout planning, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption.
• Measure impact and refine processes over time; establish governance to maintain consistency.
