Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a strategic operator and program manager to join the GTM Excellence team within the GTM Strategy & Operations organization. You will own ambiguous opportunities, develop clear recommendations, and drive work from idea to execution across multiple sales and operations functions.

The role emphasizes stakeholder leadership, scalable process design, and governance. It requires relocation to, and in-person work from, one of the listed major U.S. cities in the Reddit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose root causes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize business problems; break down opportunities into clear statements and hypotheses.
• Collect and translate stakeholder feedback into actionable requirements.
• Design scalable processes and operating models to improve seller productivity and advertiser experience.
• Develop governance frameworks; define guardrails and monitor adherence.
• Create decision-ready materials and executive-ready presentations and documents.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Central Operations, Revenue Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead implementation from idea to execution, including rollout planning and adoption.
• Define success metrics, track results, and refine processes to drive continuous improvement.
