Job summary

Reddit is seeking a strategic operator and program manager to join the GTM Excellence team within Reddit's GTM Strategy & Operations organization. You will own ambiguous, high-impact opportunities, turn them into clear recommendations, and lead the work from idea to execution.

This is a high-visibility role at the center of the Global Sales Organization's operational excellence strategy, focused on building scalable systems and processes that maximize advertiser experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or related field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into clear recommendations.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize business problems: break down opportunities into clear problem statements, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and identify high-impact opportunities.
• Decipher stakeholder feedback: collect and translate feedback from many stakeholders into actionable requirements.
• Design scalable processes and operating models: evaluate current work, identify friction, and design standardized processes and policies.
• Develop policies and governance frameworks: create clear, scalable policies; define guardrails and monitor adherence.
• Develop recommendations and decision-ready materials: turn analysis into clear recommendations and action plans with executive-ready deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional alignment: partner with Sales, Central Ops, Revenue Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead implementation and champion change: own work from idea to execution, including rollout planning and adoption.
• Measure impact and continuously improve: define metrics, track results, refine processes, and establish governance.
