Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking a strategic operator and program manager to join the GTM Excellence team within Reddit's GTM Strategy & Operations organization. You will own ambiguous, high-impact opportunities and lead the work from idea to execution.

This is a high-visibility role at the center of Reddit's Global Sales Organization's operational excellence. This role requires base in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, and you will collaborate across Sales, Ops, Revenue Strategy & Ops,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, business operations, or related field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure problems into recommendations and action plans.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing standardized, scalable processes that improve efficiency.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading change across cross-functional teams.
• Ownership mindset with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize high-impact opportunities and translate into concrete actions.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into clear business requirements.
• Design scalable processes and operating models to boost productivity.
• Develop governance frameworks, guardrails, and policies.
• Create decision-ready materials for executive discussions.
• Coordinate across Sales, Central Operations, Revenue Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Own rollout planning, communication, training, and adoption.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement.
