Job summary

Reddit is seeking a strategic operator and program manager to join the GTM Excellence team within Reddit’s GTM Strategy & Operations. You will own ambiguous, high-impact opportunities and lead work from idea to execution to reduce friction in the sales cycle and scale seller productivity for advertisers.

You will collaborate across Sales, Central Operations, Revenue Strategy, Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to shape processes, policies, and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, business process transformation, business operations, consulting, or related field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and independently structure complex problems into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading change across cross-functional teams from framing to adoption.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize business problems and break down opportunities.
• Decipher stakeholder feedback into clear requirements.
• Design scalable processes and operating models to improve productivity.
• Develop governance frameworks with guardrails and ongoing reviews.
• Create decision-ready materials for executive alignment.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, Revenue Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Product, Finance, and Legal.
• Lead implementation with rollout planning, training, and adoption.
• Measure impact, track results, and refine processes over time.
