Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in strategic program management or related fields.
• Experience in Digital Media platforms (platform + agency preferred).
• Executive communication and stakeholder management with C-suite exposure.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional change management initiatives.
• Willingness to own end-to-end initiatives rather than just coordinate.

Responsibilities

• Manage Reddit's largest OPEX planning cycles and complex roadmaps.
• Prepare decision-ready documents for monthly executive engagements.
• Own end-to-end processes across buy cycle, forecasting, planning, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with CRO, COO and cross-functional leaders to accelerate execution.
• Break down high-impact opportunities into clear problem statements and tests.
• Lead rollout planning, stakeholder comms, training and adoption.
• Define success metrics and establish governance to drive consistency.
