Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking an Operations and Administrative Business Partner to support the Visual & Strategic Communications practice. The role partners with Practice Leadership to run daily operations, improve efficiency, and coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, BD, IT, and Legal.

You will manage calendars, travel, proposals, and client-ready documents, while ensuring data quality in Salesforce and contributing to financial performance monitoring and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience with no degree.
• Demonstrated project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient with standard software packages (word processing, spreadsheets, Adobe).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the VSC practice and align with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, and logistics for leadership and teams.
• Support budgets, expenses, and financial performance with Finance.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and reporting accuracy for accounts, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD, HR, IT, and Legal as a hub between the practice and corporate functions.
